I´ve had experiences at clinics back home that left me terrified of going to the dentist. I am delighted and grateful to everyone who treated me at Marietta, from the staff at the reception to the doctors, and the specialists. Everyone was kind, paid extra attention to my health condition, and was very careful to make sure I did not feel stressed or worried throughout my whole treatment. I was very impressed with the high technology they have, to give on-point diagnosis. I am truly happy, a very good experience.

Beware of predatory pricing. They will quote you over the phone verbally (dental implant) $1500 for abutment and imprint for 3 teeth, then complete the work. Once the abutment was done they said the full price is $1900, which is a ridiculous increase. They will say you don’t have proof of the pricing and try to bully you, talk down to you “like too bad, this is the price”, and try force you to pay more. I tried calling the dental coordinator Sofia: who quoted my abutment and imprints at $1500. I was at the office ready to pay so she can confirm our conversation. They said she’s not available. Next day I tried calling and emailing her at sofia.sanabria@dentaldepartures.com twice but she wont respond any longer. I called A few more times but she’s either on a break, out of the office, or not available. So i emailed Her after that and still no response. It’s obvious to me now that this is some type of predatory game they play on their customers. Squeeze ore money out of you. Another predatory pricing situation: For teeth whitening Sofia said it’s $20, the lovely dentist said $250, when paying for the implant Isaac said it is $350. The next day I called to confirm pricing and request it via email since they like to keep changing the pricing. The woman who answered said the price is $300. I gave Her my email and had to call back 3 times and told the same guy who kept insisting i pay more- and told him she quoted me at $300. He said no it’s $350. The girl next to him said, no i quoted $300. (Some bullshit). So he agrees to $300. He said he will email it to me. Had to call back again and the other gentleman got rude saying he sent it. Nope- he sent it to a completely wrong email. They added like 4 or 5 random letters to my email. Anyway, it went from $20 to $250 to $350 then back down to $300. I regret coming here. The implant part of the work was done last year and they were so wonderful and polite. Now they are rude af and I wish I didn’t have to deal with these people but i still Have to return to finish with the actual crowns. The dentist and assistant were dolls. Super nice. The salesman part of it and the boss of the sales guy are terrible.Just want to get this thing done and over with! Never again.

Worst Experience of my life. ABSOLUTELY disappointing, devastating, my mom, sister and I sacrificed so much for this trip to go there to be blindsided by Marietta. I was way overcharged for thing the were not done. The communication of the staff and I was absolutely a nightmare. I would honestly recommend you check for other dentist before dedicating to they're clinic.
