For a dazzling new smile, laser teeth whitening in Chiang Mai could be the answer - especially if you're interested in visiting this fascinating Northern Thai city. Book with Dental Departures for guaranteed best prices.
Teeth whitening treatment is one of the best cosmetic dentistry procedures for patients looking to transform the appearance of their teeth in a short space of time and with minimum discomfort. Our dentists in Chiang Mai provide professional results at a price point that will also make you smile.
The treatment can either be done at home by obtaining professional kits from your dentist or, for more dramatic results, in one of Chiang Mai's many dental clinics that use internationally-recognised laser whitening systems. You'll be in and out in a matter of hours, with those pearly whites up to 14 shades lighter.
The tooth whitening system used in Chiang Mai will be just as good as those used by clinics in the UK, Australia or the US. There are a number of different laser teeth whitening systems available but all are equally as effective. The one your dentist uses will be a matter of personal preference.
Having whiter teeth has been shown to boost confidence, self-esteem and make you less reluctant to show off that smile. This, in turn, can improve other people's perception toward you, especially when being introduced to somebody for the first time.
If you're planning a holiday to Chiang Mai, why not treat your mouth to some pampering; after all, this city is a renowned global destination for beauty treatments, as well as health spas and wellness resorts where you can rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Leaving with whiter teeth could be the icing on the cake!
You can rest easy that our Chiang Mai dentists have been background-checked by Dental Departures to ensure they deliver a safe and professional service. Plus, all of our dentists offer guarantees on the work they perform.
However, it is the cost of laser teeth whitening in Chiang Mai that makes it so enticing – less than half the price you would pay at home.
Laser Teeth Whitening:
Laser teeth whitening usually takes only two hours from start to finish.
The procedure uses a bleaching gel which is applied to your teeth. Your gums, lips and cheeks are shielded and goggles are worn to protect your eyes from the laser. The laser is applied to the gel which activates the bleaching agent. After 15 minutes, the gel is removed and the process repeated twice (although some systems may only require one application for around 45 minutes). After the final application, your dentist will remove all traces of the gel and clean your teeth thoroughly. The results are immediate and should be very noticeable.
Professional At-home Whitening:
This method is carried out over a longer period of time. A bleaching gel, which is stronger than anything available over the counter, is provided by your dentist. The gel is squeezed into specially-made trays to be applied each night. For these trays to be made, you will need to have impressions of your teeth taken which are then sent to a lab. After a couple of days, you can head back to the dentist to pick them up. During this appointment, your dentist in Chiang Mai will make sure they fit, as well as show you how to use them with the gel.
You will carry on the treatment at home by wearing the trays containing the gel at night until you are happy with the degree of whiteness achieved.
In Australia, the price for laser whitening is around AUD $580. In Chiang Mai, the treatment, on average, costs less than half of that, at AUD $260. While not a king's ransom, a couple hours in a dentist chair can help offset the costs of your stay while improving the looks of your pearly whites.
Our booking process is simple. Once you've found a clinic in Chiang Mai, you can book directly online via any of our clinics' listing pages. Alternatively, call our Customer Care Team or send an email if you have any questions.
