Consultation and Planning:

Treatment Day:

Note: After surgery, the implants will take around three to four months to fuse with the jawbone (osseointegration), while the gums and fixed prosthesis should also be protected. Thus, patients are advised to follow a diet of semi-solid/soft food during this time.

Your dentist will give you further instructions on how to look after your implants and a new fixed bridge. Practice good oral hygiene and visit the dentist regularly for check-ups and teeth cleaning to maintain them in tip-top condition.

Immediately following surgery, you should be instructed to use a special mouthwash for two weeks, avoiding any hard food until your permanent (final) restoration is completed.
