I had been avoiding going to the dentist for many years due to previous traumatic experiences as a child, but I was having lots of pain so I knew it was time. To my biggest disappointment I needed a root canal, which I have heard from many is very painful. I was super anxious when I went in and was expecting the worst. I explained my concerns to Dr. Moreno and she completely made me feel at ease. She explained the whole process in great detail and made me feel like I was in good hands. She made sure my mouth was very numb and then he proceeded to quickly work on my tooth, in the meantime telling me what a good job I am doing and cracking a few jokes along the way! Before I knew it, the procedure was over. All I could think of was "That's it??". I was worried for nothing. I felt no pain or discomfort, not even after the anesthesia wore off! I am extremely satisfied with my visit and would strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality in Playa del Carmen, thorough service! THANK YOU

I just wanted to see if the laser whitening would work on my teeth. They didn't answer my question and took me into the room. I kept asking the lady if it would work. Finally she said not so much because my teeth are already white. Then she proceeded with an "exam" I didn't need (it's free at home) and charged me 800 pesos for ten minutes. Not happy! And the clinic was kind of dirty.
