About Dental Bosphorus Clinic

Dental Bosphorus is a multidisciplinary oral and dental health center located in Istanbul, Turkey. A team of experienced specialists provides services in aesthetic dentistry, implantology, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

This large clinic works with a total of 60 medical professionals, including fully qualified dental surgeons, technicians, hygienists and assistants. The clinic’s specialist dentists each have at least 6 years of clinical experience, some having practiced in Turkey for more than two decades.

Thanks to their large, multidisciplinary team, Dental Bosphorus is able to serve some 6,000 patients every year, with many visitors from the UK, France and the USA taking advantage of the substantially lower rates in Turkey coupled with shorter waiting lists and world-class dental technology.

It is also one of only a few facilities of its type in Istanbul to have its own dental laboratory. This allows technicians to manufacture custom-made dental prosthetics, such as crowns, bridges and veneers, on-site without the need to rely on a third party, thus expediting treatment times and enhancing overall quality.

As Chief Doctor, the highly experienced Mehmet Mert Özcan heads the team and has been practicing since 2009. A graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Dentistry, this English and Turkish-speaking dentist specialises in prosthodontics. 

He works alongside a growing team of experts in endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, implantology and maxillofacial surgery; all dentists are board-registered with the Turkish Dental Association and many hold memberships with other professional boards at both a national and international level.
