In May 2015, my husband Paul and I visited numerous dental clinics in hcmc and almost gave up the possibility of getting our dental work done in Vietnam, because all of them ( 9 different clinics) did not meet our standard of cleanliness or sense of safety. However, fortunately for us, through an acquaintance's referral, and since we were still in hcmc we might as well check out Hop Nhat dental facility. To our pleasant surprise, Hop Nhat dental facility was not only clean and the dentists were professional, but also its fees were very competitive . My husband had complete mouth of high quality crowns ( which still look and function great); work was done by Dr. Minh Thong-- he was excellent. The next year, I also got my dental work done at this dental clinic. But during that time , Dr Minh Thong was not there, so I reluctantly agreed to have my teeth done by Dr Phi. Well, she was also fantastic and gentle. I feel very happy and fortunate to have found Hop Nhat dental and have since referred my friends and family for any of their future dental needs. As the saying goes, price is what we pay; value is what we get. Hop Nhat dental is an incredible value; smart money, indeed. Without any reservations, any and all my dental needs will forever with Hop Nhat, even though I live in California. If you are considering dental work done, first visit other numerous dental places, then visit Hop Nhat last; I hope you will feel as lucky as we were to have finally found a state of the art dental facility, at reasonable costs and professional quality work PS. About 10 years ago, I had complete mouth/ caps and crown done in Bangkok ( also great work), but now Hop Nhat is my number 1 choice for any future dental needs. Good luck:)))

Both me and my daughter (28-years-old) had extensive work done at this clinic. I got 20 teeth crowned and a partial denture. My daughter had 24 teeth crowned. It took about 2 weeks to finish the work. My daughter got the zirconium crowns for her front teeth, and I got porcelain crowns. Moon is the clinic manager. Her English is not that good. But if something wasn't clear, we would rephrase the question or just tell her we didn't understand, and she would rephrase. She knows her stuff about dentistry, no doubt about that. The dentists in her clinic don't speak much English. They can say rinse, open, sit up, etc. But Moon was always there to speak for them when needed. They don't have some of the latest equipment, like the panorama x-ray and computer monitors at each chair, but dentists were fixing teeth long before those things were invented, so I figure that stuff really isn't necessary for good dental work. It depends on the tooth and type of crown, but I paid an average of about 150 USD per crown. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and got her annual checkup at her dentist's office in Texas about 2 months afterward. Her dentist said that the quality of the materials used for crowns were as good as the stuff he uses, and that the workmanship was as good as any he had seen. Two of my friends (one American and one Australian) have also had work done at Moon's clinic, and both are very happy with their teeth. As for me, I never had straight teeth, and my teeth were discolored from years of coffee and cigarettes. My new teeth are straight and white. A few people I have met have commented on how good my teeth look. Feels pretty good when that happens :)
