This was the first lab in Albania to use zirconia together with the introduction of CAD/CAM technology, in 2006. Skilled technicians here design and manufacture high-quality dental restorations such as crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and bridges, while following a “closed loop” system, where all steps of the process can be improved based on feedback from dentists and customer satisfaction.

As well as being the first Albanian clinic to bring in computer-aided design technology, Dental Clinic KissDent is equipped with 3D scanners and a 3D printer capable of printing provisional (temporary) teeth within just 4 hours. As a result, patients wanting to replace missing or failing teeth can receive their new restoration (eg. crowns or a full-arch fixed bridge) on the same day as their procedure. Note: factoring in consultations, evaluations, planning, surgery and post-op check-ups, a full mouth rehabilitation treatment course typically takes 4-6 days.

About the Team

KissDent’s team of professionals has been trained in all areas of dentistry, including implantology, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics and prosthetic dentistry. As a result, they are able to provide everything from simple smile-brightening procedures—such as teeth whitening—to more complex mouth restorations where an entire arch of teeth is replaced with a fixed bridge on four or six titanium implants.

The continuous training of staff has been a priority at KissDent for almost four decades, with many having undertaken general and specialised courses at dental schools around the world, including in France, the  USA, Germany, the UK, Austria, Finland, Sweden and Italy. 

Dentists are registered with the Albanian Dental Association, among other professional organizations around the world. As for languages, English, Italian and Albanian are all spoken.
